1) the Celeron-II gets 850MHz with a 100MHz system bus

2) being a stepping-3 Coppermine, it is NOT SMP CAPABLE (just like the
   "real" stepping-3 Coppermine Pentium III)

3) even if you get SMP-capable FCPGA processors, you need a special
   slocket. Particularly, you need the IWill Slocket III. The rest of
   'em (e.g. MSI 6905 Master) can do EITHER SMP Celerons or single
   Coppermine, but not both.
