It certainly will. In fact, that's my plan. Since you can OC it when at
100MHz FSB, you are not over-spec'ing the 440BX chipset or your memory
(PC133 memory is fairly new). Just get the right slocket which can take a
CuMine family processor. And make sure the main board can produce 1.5V
core voltage (most really old ones cannot).
