[plug] How to make ftp=http docs dir?

How do I configure my machine such that when I ftp to it, it
is also the /htdocs or /html default?

Kasi low tech pa ako.  I log into my server, I upload my
files as a user to my own directory, I switch to root and
manually copy my html files.  Yuck.

Virtual server comes to mind here...
