Hey just check out the latest Slashdot. TOG has released Motif under a
weird open-source license. It basically is.. you are free to redistribute
if the underlying OS is open-source. That's not BSDish, but it's not GNU
either.. somewhere in between (although I'm sure RMS will find fault :)
But anyway, this now means Linux/BSD can have the enterprise toolkit
(important for them vertical/enterprise apps.. like Oracle GUIs) bundled.
Of course we all love Gtk and GNOME, but Motif is a requirement for many
corporate deployments.
