#_ I'm not sure, but you could check the Fetchmail man pages. There should be
#_ a way to let it download all your mail, read or unread. :-)

To download all messages, 'fetchmail -a'; to flush old messages before
downloading new messages, 'fetchmail -F'; to leave messages in the server,
'fetchmail -k'
More kool stuff in 'man fetchmail' :->
Or you can use the program: Popcheck. You can chose which message to
download or to delete, you can delete or retrieve all any number that you
want. I think Popcheck is available in Linuxberg (tucows) or freshmeat.
