Are you a residential subscriber?  If yes, then that is not allowed as per
the AUP [acceptable-use-policy] which governs the service.  You therefore
you run the risk of your service being cut off when, and if Destiny
decides to enforce the AUP.

That being said, the solution is not simply ip masquerading, as cable
providers do not give out static IPs to cablemodem subscribers, unless
they are corporate or reseller accounts.  You've got to know how to use
DHCP, and then try to fiddle with IP Masq.
