yeah.. i figured it out after i have sent my previous
post. its working now.

does the above line means from any source ?
BUT i dont have the first line! i only executed the
second one, like this.
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s 192.168.1.0/24 -d
0.0.0.0/0 80 -j REDIRECT 3128
what is the effect of not having the first line ?
