[plug] Samba Question

Hi,
        Is there a way for winpopup utility to send messages to the samba
server? ' tried to put:

        message command = /bin/csh -c 'xedit %s; rm %s' &

but it seems to be "cannot be found on the network"  when I tried it on
the winpopup.
