I've seen this error message when trying to use UDMA66 with a drive that
doesn't support it.  Disable UDMA66 in your BIOS settings for the drive
in question and the error message will disappear.  But as far as I can
tell, it causes no other harm other than the annoyance of the message,
and the slowdown it entails.
