hi alendry,
host 203.176.15.11 is sending to your network broadcast address (all
host) an illegal ICMP error packets. this is not a kind of DOS attack but it
seems that the sender host is trying to flood your network. but dont you
worry because ICMP error packets cannot be reply by another ICMP error
packets to create a big network trafic on your network segment. RFC 792
stated that:
The ICMP messages typically report errors in the processing of
datagrams. To avoid the infinite regress of messages about messages
etc., no ICMP messages are sent about ICMP messages.
