unfortunately, i cant reveal to you which of them has the best tcp stack
(alam mo na pagalitan tayo ng amo natin :-> ) anyway, those are hersay and
baseless without any metrics to prove. i can even tweak windows tcp stack to
outperform linux default tcp stack configuration. :->

p.s. windows 2000 tcp stack is pretty much faster now.
