Only four? it's certainly possible to have more. a year ago, I have
installed redhat, debian, slackware, windows95/nt and solaris 2.4
(x86) on a single harddisk. The trick is to install linux, freebsd or
solaris on an extended partition, and have a good boot manager. In my
case, the free osbs boot manager. It's old (it was developed 8 years
ago!), but it works damn well even today.
