This happens at bootup after an abnormal shutdown.

> *** Dropping you to a shell; the system will boot
> *** when you leave the shell.
> Give the root password for maintenance
> (or type Contorl-D for normal startup);

To fix, enter the root password at this point and once you're on
the shell, run:

        fsck -a /dev/sdb7
