I have encountered this before. Some of my FSCKing are successful and some
are not.

Anyways, I have a case also wherein nagkamali ako ng response sa mga tanong
along the way.
What happened is that, my linux didn't boot anymore. I tried creating a
bootdisk to force it to
boot from a specific partition. Nothing happened pa rin. What I did is I
reinstalled pero ibang
harddisk. I mounted the old harddisk to find out what really happened. I
found out that the data was moved to /lost&found and nothing on the root
directory.

So ngayon, saan ba dapat mag-ingat na tanong when doing this fsck stuff? I
remember 5 different questions but I couldn't remember the exact words. I
guess "INODES", "FIX" would give you an idea.
