I think "Mr. Win2k" means all his computers have one LIVE IP. They have
unique local IPs, but the Internet only recognizes one IP, the IP of his
gateway machine.

To Mr. Win2k: what machine acts as your gateway to the Internet? If it's
the Win2k box then find out from some Win2k list how to get things done.
If you've got a Linux box acting as the gateway, then follow Marlon's
recommendation and search the Internet for information on "reverse
masquerading".
