Thanks people. Salamat po ng marami. Guess what. I've been searching for
a free dynip service in the net. I've come across http://www.dyndns.org and
found out that they have the solution. Sign up for a hostname then sign up
for a 'webhop'. How it works: First I signed up for viril.dyndns.org.
Now whenever I typed that in the browser, the gateway's (server) web page
would come out. But since the admin of that server routed
gate.way.add.ress:8080 to my local.ip.add.ress:80 then when typed, my
own local web page should be displayed instead. I tried typing the 8080
part but it didn't work! (maybe he, the admin, forgot setting other things
like
enabling the port 8080 for public use or something, unblocking it for
short).
Anyway it's not your problem but ours. heh. Um... back to dyndns.org ...
it doesn't directly support redirection of dns to a specific port. Meaning I
can't just add gateway.ip.add.ress:8080 but instead they have this 'webhop'
account wherein you choose another hostname for ex: viril.webhop.net
then you set that to gateway.ip.add.ress:8080. Only thing is that port 8080
is always considered as web server and nothing else. =/

Um, pasensya na po kung medyo magulo. Paumanhin po. Sige po at magaaral
pa po ako para sa exam ko. Maraming salamat po sa inyo. =)
