Hey Orly,
I almost forgot.. TogetherJ (http://www.togethersoft.com) has the features
you need -- close integration with DBMS, plus it is closely tied to UML so
you can model, edit code, and TogetherJ syncronizes them.
.. and yes, it works in Linux.. Used to use it but I just had to
come back to Rational Rose.
