thanks for the replies dude. i figured it out after brian's email that i
forgot the uncheck the other read-only property in the odbc driver. thanks
for the help.

btw, how to i create sql tables via ms access?? i would just like to ask
because i have some designers here who are used to access and i would like
to make life easier for them. but, if there is not way. i will force them
to write an sql script.
