I doubt you can do this. There is a GUI client for PostgreSQL, though,
accessible via the command 'pgaccess'. I find that PostgreSQL is not that
flexible when it comes to modifying the table structure, though, so I
recommend that table layouts are done beforehand on paper or on whatever,
and then the tables made. :)
