You may be interested in parted. Search Freshmeat for the site na lang, I
don't have the URL handy right now. Last I checked there are still
problems involved with moving the start of a partition, but I expect that
changing sizes is okay, and I'm hoping that as the program matures it will
support full modification of the partition tables with minimal data loss.
