since this topic is in discussion, I was just thinking if PLUG can do this
type of thing to its' members.
something like sysad certification.........(although it might not be
recognized in other countries)........at least PLUG can start coming out
and be known by the Filipino nation as a source of techies or whatever you
might wanna call it........ and not lost in the world oblivion ..........than
forever be a mailing list.......sorry lang ha........just wanna voice out
my opinion.........don't wanna start a flame....
just an idea.......maybe PLUG can make this a project as an organization
and not as a mailing list. could be a money-making thing for the
organization too for its activities (if we'll have some).

sorry to include this, but someone already asked me if PLUG is an existing
organization.........and frankly I do not know what to say......I have two
answers..........yes and no.
