Sorry to be sounding pompous, but why play with toyz like MySQL and Pg
when Oracle is free for development? yeah it's not open-source and all,
but if you value your data.. use the "software that powers the
internet."

i've been playing with WebDb.. (free download at technet.oracle.com)
fantastic stuff. nothing perl DBI/mod_perl can't do.. but it takes just 5
minutes to whip up a fully functional editable form.
