It depends on how fast you intend to have your users browse the net. Also note
that most IPL providers, in order to cut down on prices, offer 1:4 ratio on
leased line access. That means you get to share your IPL with 3 other clients.
This is _not_ good if you intend to provide some measure of quality of service
to your downstream or LAN clients.
