Well, right now there's nothing to lead yet. I was hoping perhaps we could come
up with a firm proposal to give to PLUG and get them to go on board. Since I'm
still VP of PLUG I can probably have a little influence and get at least some
PLUG members to help us out.

What we really need to get things going are:

1. Proposed venue. If you have any space in your school, that would be great.
2. Equipment. Existing equipment at the venue, some sponsored eqipment, or
   both, will do.
3. Teachers/instructors. We can get volunteers from PLUG.
4. Organizing committee. Again, wec an get volunteers from PLUG or a
sponsor. That group would, probably have to include you and me too.
5. Sponsors. Or at least a proposal to show to sponsors.

With this, we can approach PLUG and IPhil. I would think they would like this
idea, especially if we can keep it low-cost.

God bless!
