Some things you can look at:

1. Check the battery of your on-board clock.
2. If it's only one server, you can do an hourly cron job to execute an
   "rdate -s time.nist.gov"
3. If you have several servers, install NTP clients and an NTP server.
4. Check your timezone settings.
