You didn't understood my POST clearly o kaya, hindi ko gaanong na explain.
What I mean is like this;

Example:
   switch port 1 @ 10BaseT ---------- pc @ 100BaseT

Yung ganitong setup ay hindi tatakbo. That's what I mean. So it's always
safer to use Auto.
But sometimes, link pulses negotiates at 10mbps :-( What I usually do is
configured the switch port @ 100 full-duplex and I make it to appoint na ang
ikakabit ko na pc doon ay configured din at 100 fullduplex.

Meron kasing mga switch na pwede mong e-force ang port to only use specific
mode. I just hope na supported sa switch ni Rafael.
