Dude, you've already done the work. Of course, you should have thought of
this problem before you started...

You _should_ have designed your site architecture around a content
management and templating system that would have allowed your customers to
manage the data on their own pages. 

Since you didn't do that, you can now charge them for each and every
modification or update, or give them a copy of the templates, teach them a
little HTML and give them FTP upload access to the site.
