laptop, I can burn you a copy. My office is at Citibank tower, Paseo
De Roxas, Makati. Just bring a blank cdr as replacement.
you're near my office alright but thanks, I've already downloaded and
burned the
Hoary live CD last friday, rebooted my laptop on it and worked fine. my
wifi and sound card
worked alright from there. Didn't test the others though as i was raring
to go out
of the office. Will download the installer today (was ignorant of this
that Ubuntu
is just one CD not like the others with 3 or 4 CDs required)
also the first live CD i have that worked with my wifi. Tried others before
like PHLAK, Auditor, FIRE, Knoppix-STD and no support for my hardware
(last time I checked)
