Hi ALL,
Has anyone ever used a DDS4 tape drive connected via an ordinary SCSI
Ultra320? Tape drives are represented in /dev by stX or nstX ... are there
other representation of a tape drive?
i tried to stat all stX and nstX in /dev using mt but the result is : No such
device.
Does anyone here knows how to troubleshoot tape drives? I was able to
see
the hardware using the SCSI's config tool (w/c can be seen on boot up)..
