Most probably this module is compiled againts a different version of
GCC, or even on a different
processor family. In other words, quota_v2 is not compatible with your
current running kernel.
IMO, if you have a remote server provider, then let them fix this for
you if you dont want to mess with the kernel compile yourself, after
all, you have to get your money's worth. ;-).

I'm not the one who compiled it, our remote server provider provided
it, and I don't know when they compiled it, or what version of gcc
they used. I don't wanna compile it myself coz i might commit a
mistake and it might not reboot, it's hard to do it remotely. our
provider said that quota is enabled with the kernel. I don't know if
they know what they're talking about but I just can't make quota to work.
