The 5200 should be fine. The nv43 based cards (6x00 series) have
problems, depending on the brand. For example (my experience):

- nv43 will cause X to lockup if you're using a kernel with 4k-stacks
(like Fedora, RHEL4 and clones, including CentOS). You'll have to
recompile your kernel to use 8k-stacks. System will lock-up
immediately upon starting X.

- Some brands just wont work with nVidia's binary driver unless you
mod the BIOS. Either you get the black-screen-of-death when starting X
or a complete system lock-up. Xorg/Xfree86 open source driver will
work just fine. It sucks if you play hi-res video and if you're using
OpenGL apps. I wan't able to use my Inno3D 6600 with nVidia's binary
driver for more than a month until I someone suggested (nvnews forums)
to use another brand's BIOS.
