Or do you mean Cedega is an "alternative" to DirectX which is > API/Binding compatible? ;) Paid for a three-month subscription to Cedega, and it's been a bit of a disappointment. I know that it works for a number of folks playing the officially supported games (World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, etc.) but so far I'm turning up zilch with the local MMORPGs. Game support for Cedega works on the basis of votation. Subscribing to Cedega gives you a certain number of votes. Theoretically, all 8000 or so cafes could vote to get their cash cow games supported. Of course, even $5 per month is too much, apparently.
