Sir:

PLUG is pushing for another tech seminar tentatively scheduled by
August 2006 which would not be too much geared on the commercial
aspects but on the other aspects of Free and Open Source. We're
planning to invite Richard Stallman come here next year. I guess the
minutes of the last "ambush meeting" contains the gist of it,
including the preliminary preparations that already have been done.

The operation plan is still in the works, but I guess it would be
better worked upon by the time the next board gets elected. Hopefully
the next board would do the necessary coordination with like-minded
organizations (e.g. CPU, ASTI, CICT, etc) to enable this seminar to be
a success. And hopefully by that time many people would come out and
help PLUG too.
