Well, hopefully. The organization of PLUG must be radically changed to provide representation to all the local LUGs, and its officership not only coming from "imperial" Manila but aptly representing all the LUGs. The by-laws will really be modified. Actually we had these amendments left pending since we started discussing about the constitution as early as October last year as we believed then that those provisions have not yet reached their time, and it would be fairly ambitious for the current board to do so. This will be done, hopefully, in the near future. PLUG must first strengthen itself though.
