Well, hopefully. The organization of PLUG must be radically changed to
provide representation to all the local LUGs, and its officership not
only coming from "imperial" Manila but aptly representing all the
LUGs. But let's give that enough time to mature - we might be the
biggest LUG in the Philippines, and arguably the oldest, but the
formalization process is quite very young.

The by-laws will really be modified. Actually we had these amendments
left pending since we started discussing about the constitution as
early as October last year as we believed then that those provisions
have not yet reached their time, and it would be fairly ambitious for
the current board to do so. A call will be issued to all the
Philippine-based LUGs when it's already time to do such.

This will be done, hopefully, in the near future. PLUG must first
strengthen itself though. At any rate, let's not rush things until
we're all ready to accomodate all the issues.
