I've only been on the list for a couple of months now. Am I entitled for a
"valid membership", is so how do I become one?

By virtue of a notarized board resolution[1] dated 15 December 2004
and announced during the PLUG Christmas Party and Induction last 18
December 2004, they were declared official members, as they paid for
the IDs a few years back. This board has taken over the responsibility
to recognize these individuals rather than rescind all membership and
keep that thorny issue of years past hanging without resolution.
The board resolution therein states that this shall be valid for one
fiscal year (FY 2004-2005) starting from the above-mentioned date.
