Hi JR: If you'd submit a proposal paper on that activity to the PLUG board when you get the plans ready, maybe next year's board can study if it would be feasible and advantageous for PLUG to support this. As you may have already known, PLUG itself has already initiated moves to prepare for a tech seminar for August 2006[1], though primarily non-commercial in nature, could exhaust the group's resources months before its execution.
