the office suit is already covered by (or could be covered by) OpenOffice but who said these shops rent out photoshop and corel as part of their business? if shop costumers want these apps then they are looking at the wrong place to 'get their hands' on these applications. they should sign up for those training centers with legal licenses, or use the free alternatives on the net. if i understand correctly, the digital divide is about access to computers/information and not access to proprietary software.
