The total cashout I paid is a little over 4K ($76, $80 tops, including 
shipping).  The courier was UPS and from what I remember of what they 
told me, they have already paid the tariff since they had to get it from 
custom to deliver it to me.  (UPS wasn't the courier the shipper used, 
but is the "local" delivery agent).  I am quite sure that a copy of the 
invoice was on the clear plastic jacket of the package.

I needed it badly at that time and was forced to pay (after bitching 
about it).

At least next time, I'll know better.
