On the Ubuntu cd's, When I ordered 15 cds, I got it in
muntinlupa post office where they charged me 300 pesos
for some strange esoteric reason. When I ordered 50
cds and had it sent to the Makati post office, I
picked up the package, showing the downloadable
generic letter to customs officials , and the only
charge I got was 30 pesos for the parcel fee. I guess
it all depends on where you get it shipped to.

This was one of the topics on the mailing list last December.  I still have to follow up with the DoF secretary on this.

In the meantime, you might want to search through some of the archives on this topic to get some tips on what to do.
