Our company does not allow any form of instant messaging.
Before we allow it but staffs abused it. There is a policy regarding this
but clients are just too stubborn to follow the policy. Blocking such services is
a better countermeasure rather than giving sanctions and penalties to clients.

We have an existing list of blocked addresses, can I just add it on the list
or is this a different one?

Better to institute a corporate policy with regards to use of these services, monitor accordingly, and impose sanctions against violators.
