yes you can... you have 3 options as i can think of...
1. thru layer 7 where you play with dns ip rotation
2. thru layer 4 where you play with L4 switch or LVS or other load balancing
tools
3. thru layer 3 where you play with HSRP or VRRP or CARP with the help of
dns ip rotation
fooler.
And maybe squid's cache peering and round-robin feature.
