Hi Colossus,
This is just based on my own experience. Sharing SWAP space among distros is not a bad idea. I have used Slack, Ubuntu, and Gentoo at one time sharing the same swap space and I had no problem.

Regarding the bootloader, both are fine. Each has their own way of doing it so I suggest that you consult google for articles on setting them up.

Enjoy!

Hi,

This may be a newbie question.
May I ask how should I allocate swap space on
a multiboot Linux distros on one computer.
Should I allocate one block of swap space to be use
by all the linux distros on my box or should
I allocate one swap per distro? And how about
the grub oor lilo, how can I configure it to
list all the distros on my box.

Thanks.
