MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS LINE ON httpd.conf, its for apache2 only:
NameVirtualHost *IP ADDRESS:eth1*
then for virtual host just use the usual:
<VirtualHost *IP ADDRESS:eth1*>
ServerName www.myfuckupsite.com
DocumentRoot /my/dir/of/myfuckupksite/
</VirtualHost>
<VirtualHost *IP ADDRESS:eth1*>
ServerName www.mypornsite.com
DocumentRoot /my/dir/of/mypornsite/
</VirtualHost>
