I think making distinctions of the plug mailing list good and fairly easy but like many laws we have in this country--enforcement is much to be desired. Unless we have a good "mailing list police" who will rebuke OT discussions and punish repeat offenders--there is no point in making several mailing lists. Dadami lang ang mapaglagyan ng mga OT threads that some people love to do.

for evaluation and will act accordingly after a decision has been made.
