In KDE, you can use Konqueror, you can view man and info page by simply typing
"man:<topic>" or "info:<topic>" on the URL bar. I'm not familiar about the
Gnome equivalent. Maybe on Epiphany or Galeon, you also use "man:<topic>" or
"info:<topic>".

You definitely won't be able to view man or info pages using Opera or Mozilla
browsers (suite, Sea Monkey, or Firefox) without converting the man/info
pages to HTML.
