Yes, i have tried NVU already and i think it is not what i needed

This i think i'll have to try sometime
windows terminal server and then connect to it using
your gnu/linux-based RDP client. and finally, wait for
adobe to release a gnu/linux version of dreamweaver. :)
Wow! when will that be! hehee..
Now the only reason I am dual-booting with my workstation is
because of dreamweaver and maintenance of my VB and Access
programs.
Currently i have successfully installed xammp in ubuntu.. I
uninstalled previous versions i manually installed... YESS!
Now next problem is dreamweaver... I'm planning to install
Wine
to try out if it works.
Any suggestions?

My officemate tried Dreamweaver on crossover pro and it works wonders
but you'll
feel that your machine will start to cough using it. It's a shame
though why Macromedia
didn't support Linux knowing that there's a rising of web developers
switching to *nix. :-(
Sheeshh! I check out the crossover website regarding installation
of Dreamweaver and it is somehow complex. I have to install
MSIE and DCOM. wow can't get away with these! And the easier
steps is to get wine-sidenet to automaticall install MSIE and
stuffs. When I get into installation i ran out of disk space!
Is it normal for KDE & GNOME to eat up 2.8G of space? I only
added wine, scribus, automatix (audio & video codecs, yehey!) to
the regular package it ate up that much. I'm torn between the
2 Dekstops. I am still comparing and feeling which one suits me
specially with programming and web development work and as
test server for apache-php-mysql.
I agree with you about macromedia not developing one for linux
users.

By the way Crossover will do the automatic downloading for the IE and
DCOM provided that you have internet access. :-)
