yes, that would be tough. although there are lot of companies based in the philippines,
including some in the top 10 that are using F/OSS. but the thing is, they're not aware
of it (example,  some of them are using a turn-key network devices that are running
on F/OSS). most of the time, it's the software vendors who can provide us with these
kind of information. obtaining memos / audit info regarding company policies or strategies
on F/OSS wont be that easy if not impossible.   :)
