hi list,
i am researching for a similar solution as windows media server that can
relay stream on the remote areas which will use for a distance learning
over satellite. The reason is to reduce bandwith consumption of the
remote which will recieve the video.
HOST-------SATELLITE(500ms)-------VSAT---penguin video server that can
stream on the lan.
