Hello,

Nice. How stable is the current Openafs? Last time I used a distributed FS, it was around when Coda 6 came out. While it was ok for home use, I decided it wasn't ideal (yet) for production use.

Coda and OpenAFS originated from the same research project, as you know.
Been using OpenAFS for a year, now. No unusual problems. Have used NFS/NIS
and then Samba running alongside OpenLDAP for stronger authentication security
using SASL framework.

Have this http://www.acay.com.au/~oscarp/tutor written for myself as part of my
documentation.
