Why not use both? I can't write to NTFS (confidently) in FC and can't do it with ext2fs in W1nd0z3. By the way, I can't seem to install the NTFS kernel module in FC5, it used to work with FC4 and most yum repos don't work now.

you have two options...

1) ntfs support for linux
2) ext2/3 support for windows

but i would rather go for option number 2 due to there are some legal issues
with number 1....
